Taï chi

Description

Tai ji quan (taï chi) is an energizing body practice stemming from traditional Chinese martial arts. It is often characterized by the fluidity of movement executed in extremely slow motion, however it also consists of several less evident aspects such as well-being and health. Each session consists of exercises in relaxation, breathing, chi awareness (vital energy) and learning the sequence of movements (Qi gong exercises and 24 postures). All oriented towards attention, presence and inner calmness.
